Ken Arneson is the Chief Operating Office for 3C Institute, a research and development company that creates evidence-based programs and web-based applications to promote health and well-being.
3C Institute’s research focuses on social-emotional development, autism spectrum disorders, implementation science, and cultural awareness. In addition to helping develop and implement corporate strategy, Ken leads the development side of the business. His diverse team of web developers, game developers, illustrators, animators, video editors and content editors creates award winning evidence-based interventions, serious games, stealth assessments and custom technology solutions.
Ken has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in large organizations and entrepreneurial environments. From the beginning of his career, he has been recognized for his leadership and management abilities, outstanding communications skills and knack for establishing operations excellence. Most recently, he completed the successful turnaround of a startup software company, raising a round of private equity, negotiating the company's acquisition and achieving profitability. He has held numerous leadership positions including Vice President, COO, CEO and Board of Directors member.
Ken is a graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD and holds an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill, where he was president of his class and received the Frank Hawkins Kenan Award for Excellence.
