Liz Kasberg
USCAN Sales Leader for Applied Markets, GE Healthcare Life Sciences

Liz joined GE through the Amersham Pharmacia acquisition in 2004. She joined Amersham in 1999.   As the USCAN Sales Leader for Applied Markets, Liz is responsible for a custom sales team working in the clinical diagnostic and industrial testing markets using Whatman membranes and papers. In addition Liz oversees the larger catalog Industrial team that focuses on traditional life sciences technology used in other non-traditional markets including Food and Beverage, Agricultural, Mining, Environmental and chemical manufacturing. 

Prior to her current role, Liz has managed commercial teams focused on different segments of the core Life Sciences research markets within the US. She served for 7 years as the commercial owner of the Life Sciences government contracts and a key supporter of government strategies and compliance.

Liz received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and English Literature from Oberlin College, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a native of North Carolina and attended high school at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham.
