Lauren is a Director of Organizational Strategy with Burt’s Bees and the Clorox Company. Over the past 4 years, she has had various roles and responsibilities within both organizations. Prior to Burt’s Bees, she was a partner at a business advisory firm, a manager at a private equity firm, and a consultant with Bain & Company. Lauren holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
